Business Contracts/Policies What You Need to Know (WBC) 1/25/22

What is a common mistake that entrepreneurs make when starting their company? Not having their contracts and policies in place. Have you protected your business legally by having the right policies in place and do you understand the contracts that you need to run your business?
This class will give you an overview of:

  • The basic contracts/policies every entrepreneur needs to know of and understand, such as Nondisclosure Agreements.
  • Website Terms and Conditions, Website Privacy Policy, Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement, Sales or Service Agreements.

If you are unable to attend the class, please notify us promptly. Refunds will be made in accordance with our published cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Please review carefully for our cancellation policy has changed as of January 1, 2016.
-Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
-Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment.
-Participants wishing to receive a refund and have cancelled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
