NEW: WBC Contracts/Policies What You Need to Know 4/22/20

What is the most common mistake that entrepreneurs make when starting their company? Not having their contracts and policies in place. In today’s world, all you need is drive, creativity, and a website and you can be in business before the close of the business day. But, have you protected your business legally by having the right policies in place and do you understand that contracts that you need to run your business? This class will give you an overview of the basic contracts/policies every entrepreneur needs to know of and understand, such as Founders Agreement (Operating Agreement for LLCs), Nondisclosure Agreement, Commercial Leases, Website Terms and Conditions, Website Privacy Policy, Confidentiality, and Invention Assignment Agreement, Sales or Service Agreement. So, go ahead and start your business but don’t do it blindly. The more you know the closer you are to long-term success.

Please arrive on time for CBP classes and events. Arriving 30+ minutes late may jeopardize your entry into the class or event. Please call or email as soon as possible if you are going to be late.

Cancellation Policy

Please review carefully for our cancellation policy has changed as of January 1, 2016.
-Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
-Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment.
-Participants wishing to receive a refund and have cancelled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
