NEW: WBC Legal and Tax Considerations When Forming Your Entity 5/27/20 (Webinar)

Many entrepreneurs form their corporations on the advice of friends and family. Some will consult with an attorney. But there are legal AND tax implications to the type of corporation you form. We bring the expertise of an attorney and CPA to help you understand the differences and which corporate entity is best for you.

This live session will be offered as a Webex webinar, so you can join us from wherever you are!

A link will be sent to attendees 1-2 hours prior to the start of the workshop.
Please log onto the webinar on time.

IMPORTANT: It is best viewed on a desktop, or screen larger than a smartphone (i.e. iPad, etc.).

** This workshop is made possible by the generous contribution of time and expertise by a CBP volunteer. Please respect our volunteer’s time by arriving on time. If you are unable to attend the class, please notify us promptly. Refunds will be made in accordance with our published cancellation policy. **
