Part 3: Before You Hire, Do this: Document Your Processes 10/18 Hiring is a critical moment for the business which hopefully leads to you spending your time more effectively but getting someone on-boarded takes time and strategy. Let’s talk about standard operating procedures (SOP), a step-by-step, repeatable process for routine tasks. Help your small business prevent mistakes and miscommunications, and set new team members up for success! In this webinar, you will learn how to document processes and which 3 processes you need documented before you hire.

Cancellation Policy

  • Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
  • Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment.
  • Participants wishing to receive a refund and have canceled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
