If you have an online presence or business, then you may have heard you need a privacy policy. This seminar will answer some of your burning questions including – are you legally required to have a privacy policy on your website (the answer is YES), what language should be in your website privacy policy, what is the purpose of a website privacy policy, and how can you make sure your privacy policy is in compliance with the law. So, come and learn about one of the most important legal documents that you are required to have on your website. As more of us move our businesses to the internet during the pandemic, this is some important information to consider about your website!

Cancellation Policy
- Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
- Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment.
- Participants wishing to receive a refund and have canceled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
