Making Sense of the WOSB/EDWOSB Requirements (WBC) 9/28/21

The SBA changed the process for qualifying for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB). There is some misinformation about these changes that may impact your status as a WOSB/EDWOSB. This webinar will clear up some of the confusion and help guide you on how to become a certified WOSB/EDWOSB. Some topics covered will be:
– How do I use 3rd party certification
– Where do apply for certification
– Common mistakes and document requests
– How long am I self certified

Facilitation will be led by Lisa Wood, Virginia PTAC Statewide Director.

This webinar is co-sponsored by Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), Women’s Business Center of Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. Women’s Business Center, and Women’s Business Center at Maryland Capital Enterprises.
