Supplier Diversity Program Manager

As Supplier Diversity Program Manager Robyn Snyder is responsible for the development and implementation of Supplier Diversity Program strategies and initiatives for LM C6ISR & Undersea Systems sites. Robyn is the lead for the RMS Supplier Diversity DoD SBIR and Mentor Protégé Programs and was co-responsible for mentor protégé agreements resulting in 4 Nunn Perry Awards.

Snyder is a member of the

  • National Alliance of Supplier Diversity Professionals
  • Lockheed Martin Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Council
  • Board of Directors for the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council
  • Advisory Council for the Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce, and
  • The former Chair for the Prince William Chamber of Commerce Government Contractors Council.

Robyn holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from George Mason University and has 36 years of service with Lockheed Martin Corporation.   During this time-frame she has held various positions which include Staff Aide to the Director of the Defense Messaging Systems Program; Defense Messaging Systems Education and Subcontracts Program Coordinator; the College Co-op and College Intern Program Coordinator for Manassas Human Resources group and has been a Supplier Diversity Program Manager for the last 19 years.

In her spare time, Robyn breeds, trains and shows Norfolk Terriers.
