Ghufran Ahmad

Ghufran has over 18 years of professional experience working with various Fortune 500 companies in the United States of America and abroad. He has helped many entrepreneurs in various areas such as business planning, risk management, performance improvement, training and development, coaching, leadership and relationship management.  He earned an MBA from the University of Mary Washington. Ghufran has also successfully completed the Leadership Development Program (LDP) from BB&T University in North Carolina, which is one of the top 20 LDP professional programs in the nation. He is a candidate for the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) qualification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).  He speaks multiple languages (Urdu, Punjabi, Hindu) and has extensive professional and personal ties to the Northern Virginia area.
