Shirley recently joined CBP at the end of May 2024. She is actively involved in providing program support and record management tasks, advising clients on the status of their loan applications and ensuring loans comply with established funding requirements and guidelines.

She has an extensive tenure of over 25 years in the banking sector with expertise in Consumer and Mortgage Lending, Debt Collection, Lease Financing and Member Relations for individual and corporate clients. She is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) and holds an MSC in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University. She was also awarded with a BSC in International Relations from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica and a Certificate in Banking from The University of Technology in Jamaica. She is a native of Jamaica, and also a US citizen.
