BIC Intro to Social Media for Small Business 2/7/20


***THE TIME HAS CHANGED TO 4-6PM. Do you want to learn how to use social media to promote your business and engage your audience? This workshop will cover the basics of getting started with social media, with a focus on utilizing Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. You will learn how to create content for your audience, market your content through social media and email marketing, and discover what channels make the most sense for your business. You do not need already existing social media accounts to attend this course, however, it is helpful.


The Business Incubation Center is funded at the Community Business Partnership through a grant from Fairfax County, Virginia.

This workshop is made possible by the generous contribution of time and expertise by a CBP volunteer. Please respect our volunteer’s time by arriving at the appointed time. If you are unable to attend the class, please notify us promptly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
  • Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment.
  • Participants wishing to receive a refund and have canceled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
