NEW: BIC OSHA 101 for Small Business 2/6/20


In this workshop you will learn more about what OSHA is, why it exists, who it applies to and how it affects small business owners like yourself. We will cover a range of topics from how OSHA conducts inspections and what triggers an inspection to the penalties for non-compliance. You will also learn about the programs OSHA offers designed to help small business employers, like consultations and apprenticeships.


The Business Incubation Center is funded at the Community Business Partnership through a grant from Fairfax County, Virginia.

Cancellation Policy

  • Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
  • Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment.
  • Participants wishing to receive a refund and have canceled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
