Note: This is a 2 day intensitve training series and participants must comit to both days.
Effective financial management is necessary to grow a successful business. Understanding the fundamentals of your business financials and the role it plays in all areas of your company is necessary.
The Business Financial Management Growth Series is a 2-day intensive training program. It is designed to support clients who need to grow and better manage the financial aspect their businesses. If you want to scale but need help with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, or accessing and managing capital, this series is for you.
Free follow-up group working session will be offered to attendees. Open Networking Session will also be available after the training.
Attendees will also receive free 1-on-1 counseling support after completion of training. Instructors for this training program will include industry volunteer experts dedicated to helping you.

Day One
Session 1: Intro to Business Financial Management

In our final session of the series, we’ll breakdown how you successfully finance your business and will cover:
The series cost of $199 includes workbooks, spreadsheets, templates, other training materials, light lunch, and refreshments.
