Preparing for Funding 3-10-20

Have you ever applied for a loan and been denied?

Would you like to apply for a loan but have no clear idea as to what documentation is needed or why they’re important to the financing process?

Do you need to prepare a loan package and need guidance in preparing it?

If you’d like to present to your lender a more than decent loan package, then this workshop is for you! This training session will be an interactive hands-on workshop to help you understand the fundamentals of preparing for funding.

You will learn what lenders look for on key financial documents including

  • your personal financial statement,
  • debt scheduled,
  • balance sheet,
  • cash flow,
  • forecasts, and
  • other key financial components of a solid loan package.

If you are unable to attend the class – or will be more than 30 minutes late – please notify us promptly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
  • Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment.
  • Participants wishing to receive a refund and have canceled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
