PTAC – Gov’t Contracting 101: Opportunities w/ Fed, State, & Local Buyers

A highly recommended and informative first step for established businesses to learn about government contracting.

The first hour will be taught by Chris Ley, Business Services Manager, Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD), and cover “Selling to the Commonwealth” in which information will be provided about the Virginia procurement process (eVA) and the benefits of SWaM and Micro certifications from SBSD.

Statewide Virginia PTAC Director, Lisa Wood, will expand the scope over the remaining period to include the essentials of growing your existing business to include government contracting opportunities with all levels including State, Local and Federal Government.
