This course is designed to teach and help small business negotiate and leverage relationships with large businesses, other small businesses, and individuals to create successful teaming and subcontract relationships. We will examine the purpose of these agreements, examine the meaning of various provisions contained in these agreements, and discuss strategies for negotiations.
This class is provided by the Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Center (Virginia PTAC), a sponsored program of George Mason University, and is a recommended class by CBP.
Headquartered in Fairfax, the PTAC serves businesses throughout Virginia. All centers provide training, counseling, and services that help businesses do business with government at the Federal, State, and Local levels.
