The course will guide business owners through the credit and decision process of banks, outlining what the bank looks for and what business owners need to do before requesting a credit facility. We will cover the integrated analysis and decision-making process of the bank, the 5 C’s of credit, what the bank looks for, and how to prepare. Additionally, we’ll delve into the credit analysis scope framework, loan types, loan structures, and working capital needs.
