In this offering we describe and demonstrate the government contracting sales process with the discernment of cost and resource appropriate processes and tools that enable businesses to improve performance in executing sales in government contracting; and provide actionable techniques to simplify business development complexity for small businesses.

Upon completion of this webinar/course, the participant will be able to:
• Comprehend high level acquisition process for government contracting
• Describe how data, processes, and tools can be used to streamline business development activities
• Define your technology stack and potential gaps that may exist
• Know how to assess your current sales processes and digital options to streamline sales
