Ms. Sanchez has years of legal experience helping start up, emerging growth, and established companies reach their business goals and grow and expand their business.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Sanchez practiced corporate international law and regulatory compliance for several years at major international law firms. She assisted start up companies in their formation and general corporate matters, joint ventures, angel financings, venture capital financings, regulatory compliance, commercial lease negotiations, employment policy manuals, and corporate governance. In addition, Ms. Sanchez helped form de novo banks and worked on compliance matters with the OTS, FDIC, and FCC, and represented and counseled multinational telecommunication companies on cross border transactions and business ventures; reviewed and negotiated security documents, corporate documents, credit agreements, pledge agreements, guaranty agreements, and researched the FCPA.
Ms. Sanchez has also worked representing biotech, healthcare, pharmaceutical, software and telecommunications companies in development of business plans, ‘34 compliance, FCPA, network accessing agreements, consulting and employment agreements, shelf registration offerings, confidentiality and partnership agreements, employment agreements, licensing and distribution agreements, OEM agreements, nondisclosure agreements, strategic alliance agreements, shareholder agreements, indemnification agreements, confidentiality and standstill agreements, venture capital and angel investor financings and various forms of securities that can be used in raising operating funds.
Ms. Sanchez currently focuses her practice on small to medium size businesses and represents them in government contracting, regulatory compliance, general corporate/business transactions, asset sales, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, franchise agreements, vendor contracts, cyber security, data and information privacy and social media.
