Heather Rosen

Heather Rosen is the President of FranNet of Virginia, part of the leading franchise advisory and development services firm in North America. She is an expert on franchises and the franchise industry. Heather began her career as an attorney, advising businesses on contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions, litigation strategy, corporate structure, real estate acquisitions and other corporate matters. She moved to the Washington DC area in 2001 to become an in-house consultant to large, international law firms, advising firm management and division heads on strategic planning, client targeting, marketing, and business development strategy. She left the legal services industry in 2009 to help people who were considering starting a business through a franchise. Heather is a co-author of the book, “More Than Just French Fries: 15 Business Thought Leaders Share Insights on Franchising Success”.

At CBP, Heather counsels clients who are interested in starting a business through a franchise. She also leads workshops on how to evaluate franchises and franchise industry trends.

Heather is also a music and musical theatre buff. She writes show reviews for theatres in the DC metro area and is currently working on a book with the working title, “At The Intersection of Business And Broadway”.
