Having the correct language drafted into your independent contractor agreement can make the difference between being deemed an employee versus an independent contractor. In this class you will learn some of the factors regulators and the IRS consider when determining whether to classify a person working for a business as an employee or an independent contractor, and you will learn what language every business person should have in their independent contractor agreement, whether you are the independent contractor or a business hiring one.

Cancellation Policy

Please review carefully for our cancellation policy has changed as of January 1, 2016.
-Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
-Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment.
-Participants wishing to receive a refund and have cancelled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
