Kathryn Walker

Assistant Director, Women’s Business Center

Kathryn is passionate about helping businesses successfully advance their missions.  Most recently she serves as a team member of a women-owned sustainable brand that works with Laotian artisans who transform bomb shrapnel into high fashion jewelry.

Kathryn is a George Mason University Patriot through and through after holding a variety of roles within the Mason Nation since 2008. Over the last decade, she has repeatedly sought new challenges and progressive responsibilities while being recognized with The Patriot Award and earning several degrees from Mason, including a Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship.  She previously served as the Assistant Director of the Mason’s Student Support and Advocacy Center, where she provided one-on-one assistance to students and community members and executed a variety of educational programs and trainings.

Kathryn has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from George Mason University.
